Role Description

Your primary responsibility as a Producer at Amsterdam Berlin will be to develop comprehensive methodologies, budgets, timelines, staffing, and operational plans to deliver immersive brand experiences.

You will be responsible for bringing unique creative concepts to life within budget constraints by managing relationships with vendor partners, internal creative teams, and account teams.

Additionally, your proficiency in creating experiences / events / installations will be crucial in pushing the boundaries of our work.

Responsibilities

  • Own production management on a number of events and projects, including pre-production logistics planning and post-event wrap up including but not limited to onsite execution, budget management, site selection, presentation development, branding and graphic design, vendor communication, staffing, etc.
  • Manage multiple program budgets and have the ability to effectively forecast and track costs in real time
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, and manage deliverables and timelines associated with each project
  • Participate in external/internal meetings for new project briefs and ongoing status updates
  • Work with 3rd party vendors, guiding them to ensure timely delivery of program deliverables and cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal + external teams

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experiential agency/studio experience
  • Proven expertise in experiential / events / installations / retail / design
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of guiding designers to deliver outstanding results
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in English is essential
